Data Security and Account Protection

Your account security rests on encryption, two-factor authentication, and strict access controls. We monitor for unusual login patterns and alert you immediately if we detect activity from a new device.

Encryption Standard

All data in transit uses TLS 1.2 or higher. Payment credentials and personal information are encrypted at rest using AES-256 standards.

Two-Factor Authentication

Enable 2FA in Settings > Security to require a one-time code from your phone when logging in from a new device. Takes 30 seconds to set up.

Cookie Policy

We use session cookies (cleared when you log out), functional cookies (remember your language and game preferences), and analytics cookies to improve lobby speed.

Data Retention

Account data is retained for seven years after closure to comply with local law. Deposit and withdrawal records are archived after 90 days but recoverable on request.

Payment Data Handling

DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS reference numbers are stored; actual payment credentials are handled by our payment processors and never written to our database.

We store only the transaction reference and final four digits. The payment networks (DANA, OVO, GoPay, QRIS) handle the actual card or wallet credentials. Your bank details never pass through our system unencrypted.

We use functional cookies to remember your language and settings, plus analytics cookies to track lobby speed and crashes. Disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features (like staying logged in) may not work smoothly. Session cookies are always cleared when you log out.

Only our support team, security team, and payment compliance staff see your data, and only when handling your request or investigating fraud. Your password is never visible to staff. Two-factor authentication prevents unauthorised logins even if someone gains internal access.

We do not sell your data. We share transaction records with payment processors (to complete DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS transfers) and with regulators where local law permits. We may also share anonymised usage data with game studios to improve lobby performance, but your name and payment details remain private.

Deposit and withdrawal records are kept for seven years after account closure, where local law permits. You can request a copy of your full transaction history by emailing [email protected], and we will provide it within 48 hours as a CSV or PDF download.
